Lived there 3 years, during which time there was a shooting, loads of break ins and the 800 building was known to be a drug den.
The place is income restricted, and has income based housing, so you don't get folks w/ high standards. It was right for us at the time.

The office was always OK to work with, I liked being close to the schools and the park, but I wouldn't trust my kids around the other children in the After school care. The roaches never went away, and when the apartments around me were emptied, the bug guy treated every apartment around mine and they took over the apartment. They were willing to treat, but having to deal in the first place was aweful!
