I have lived here for 4 years and when we first moved in it was a nice, clean, quiet and affordable place to live. I have noticed it has gotten a lot more less kept up from the grounds to the pool, etc... The quiet atmosphere is fading too. It still is affordable, but new residents will get the better deal than the renewing ones so you will probubly see a change in residency soon. The old occupants will end up going somewhere else and paying more money to get better quality while the new may not be so picky. I really did love living here in the begining, but I unless some changes are made I do not think it will remain what it used to be.
