Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2005-01-01

When we had the pasted manager( patty), the apartment was kept up the best that she could to keep them up. When she left and the new manager step in everything started going up in price and the residence started going down in up keep. I am happy that I don't live there anymore.
