An earth wall collapsed outside, and my apartment is engulfed with mold and mildew.

Maintenance never fixes anything, and during the summer, my A/C was out for almost 5 weeks.

The landlord should be in jail for code violations.

These issues could not be handled because it would cost too much money was what I was told. Regardless of safety concerns there again one more thing overlooked!
