We signed a lease in June 2005. In the lease it includes a free child care program. Now half way through our lease, Concord Management (Owner of Somerset Club Apartments) wants to start charging a flat fee for the child care program, regardless the amount of time our children are there.
I feel this is a breech of contract.

The Monster Club is strictly for marketing and business purposes only because they are the only facility who provides such a service. Just like with anything, make sure you read the fine print and pay attention to the details. In this case with the Club, this resident stated the honest facts.
