What are they talking about its in top condition and the newest development in the city(2 years old).Staff is great property is well kept and its perfect for family.Anywhere you live will have its up and downs, them other people were just angry residents that didnt get there way!They probally got put in line by our courtesy officer and didnt like it.

Considering the grammar and choice of the term resident, the rating was written by a staff member. What about the stabbing? What about the rapist found living there?

The apartment is 4 years old! I have lived here for 2 years. Once you are in - you CANNOT get out - not b/c you don't want to, but b/c you will end up going to court over SOMETHING that these people find! Anyone who says this place is fine to live in really does not have a clue to what is going on. Uh, I believe it is a total of 6 new apartment managers now since I've lived here. The stabbing was horrible and the people who caused it ARE STILL LIVING HERE. What about that? I cannot allow MY child to play outside b/c the children who continuously cause problems are allowed to roam freely, including the two families involved in the stabbing. The fact that the person above rated the parking, in itself as "wonderful" shows that they are just trying to "okay" the whole situation and talk the place up! I have a right to my opinion and so do you, but when I am personally approached, while visiting a friend at another apartment complex in Cartersville, by a man driving around passing out fliers - telling me how wonderful Somerset Club is and then he actually admits that he's just doing his job! He is an independent contractor, hired by Somerset to persuade people to come here and live and supposedly b/c of their "situation", they will pretty much let anyone who applies in, and obviously, they don't do background checks. Uhhhhhhh - that pretty much explains it - he even admitted that somerset was in bad shape. What does that tell you. And, by the way, the stabbing and rapist don't even begin to explain the problems this place has. I am giving my opinion after living here for 2 years. I have personally been promised changes by the office staff, but no one there can keep their word either, b/c the employees are on a turn around themselves about every 6-12 weeks.

this is a question from someone that is looking to move to Somerset, if the apartments are so bad and you believe that you and your children are not safe, why haven't you moved yet?

I am definitely mad... mad about the people that would try and break into my house at night and during the middle of the day. I'm also pissed off about the staff, and the condition of these aparments. i do think this is a staff member that has written the review. no one that lives in these aparmtents or have lived in these apartments would have written this. I have heard so many bad things from so many people that lived in the somerset club apartments

The management is nice and helpful and people that break the rules at the apts (not paying on time, destroying property, etc...) that get caught are supposed to get punished. If you break the rules you should and will get punished according to your lease agreement. Suck it up and act like an adult when dealing with it not a 5 year old!
