At first I thought I was going to love living in the Somerset Club apartments.... boy was I wrong!!!! I have lived here for about 6 months and now I HATE it! There are drug dealers and rapists that live in here, the management here is terrible and the people are even worse. There was recently a stabbing of a teenager in the parking lot, and the management let the person who stabbed the teenager stay. The management does drugs with teenagers that live in the apartments, I know this because both parties have told me. Some one has tried to break into our apartment along with 4 others in our same building. Residents have also tried to walk into our apartment thinking it is there's because they were on drugs. The noise is terrible, there are people up at all hours of the night causing disturbances. In the last week the cops have been called twice, there have been 10 complaints yet the management looks the other way and doesn't do anything about it! Please think twice before moving into these apartments.... you'll be sorry if you do move in! DON'T LIVE HERE! I'M TELLING YOU, AT FIRST IT MIGHT BE GREAT, JUST WAIT UNTIL THERES A PROBLEM, THE MANAGEMENT WONT HELP AT ALL! IF ANYTHING THEY'LL LOOK THE OTHER WAY!

I find it interesting that you know all these details...yet are not somehow involved...sounds like to me you are trying to get even with someone? How do you know these "drug sharing" parties that management is supposedly doing drugs with??? Why would someone of your "character" affiliate with such parties??? Sounds like to me that you are angry and this is your way of getting even? I hope every one takes to heart the "disclaimer" at the bottom of this web page and remembers that the authors may or may not be truthful in their representation of the facts.

I was just letting you know how I felt about the management and the people that lived in the complex. Everyone has a right to their opinion. if you notice the date on here is over 2 years ago. I have no idea how the management is anymore, but I will never live in these apartments again. I totally agree that people should get punished according to the lease agreement when not paying on time or whatever. But the people that lived around us stole from us, boasted and bragged about doing drugs with the management, and offered to "give us a good deal." Luckily, due to all the negative activity and problems cause be other tenants, they let us break our lease with no problem. I moved to a better apartment complex, obviously the price was higher, but well worth it in the end.

The management is nice and helpful and people that break the rules at the apts (not paying on time, destroying property, etc...) that get caught are supposed to get punished. If you break the rules you should and will get punished according to your lease agreement. Suck it up and act like an adult when dealing with it not a 5 year old!
