I don't know why these folks are so mad...its obvious they are trying to take revenge on someone in management...I personally love the staff and especially maintenance. They are AWESOME! The office is always prompt in taking care of my households needs. I am a night owe - I don't see any drug traffic, and I am constantly in and out. I even take my kids out to the park all the time...the community is clean and

Hello, My husband and I are relocating to GA for work and we are looking for nice, clean, quite, and mostly safe environment. Could someone give us some insight on this property. Is it gated? What about several of the negative responses. I once lived in Chicago where an apartment was talked about poorly and never encountered a problem so I am not sure what is accurate or not. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there are others. We'd prefer a garage for our cars if anyone knows of one like that. Thanks!

I am looking for my brother - his move is in a few months. I live in Gwinnett COunty, and hour away. So far, this seems to be the best place in Cartersville, Eunice (she runs the front and childcare), seems to be very nice, and the community (children) that we encountered know who she is and make it a point to say hello. The management is nice and helpful and people that break the rules at the apts (not paying on time, destroying property, etc...) that get caught are supposed to get punished. If you break the rules you should and will get punished according to your lease agreement. Suck it up and act like an adult when dealing with it not a 5 year old!
