The prices are nice, the staff seems nice, then they turn around and completely stop speaking to you. They are continuously letting whoever move in to the place. "Gated Community'" ABSOULUTELY NOT. Any person can walk around or between the gates and access the property at anytime. Tailgating is always allowed and it happens all day everyday. I personally did not feel safe there with people walking around late at night, parking at the top of the hill and walking onto the property. All I can say is, don't read a book by it's cover.

I liked Somerset club Apts. when I lived there. The staff is real nice and when I called in a work order, it was done the next day. The pool was awesome and the fitness center was awesome too! I remember my neighbors was making a loud noise and the courtesy officer came out withen 15 minutes and took care of it. The other thing that I like about somerset was they have a after school program that was free for my children. I would recommend anyone there.

I liked Somerset, I lived there about a year a go It's a great place to live family or single.

The management is nice and helpful and people that break the rules at the apts (not paying on time, destroying property, etc...) that get caught are supposed to get punished. If you break the rules you should and will get punished according to your lease agreement. Suck it up and act like an adult when dealing with it not a 5 year old!
