This property is a good location in reference to closeness to highways and interstates, but the management is awful!
Starting out with maintanence, I had mold growing in my apartment and it took them several months (after phone calls weekly) for them to come and take care of the problem. Whole pieces of siding are ripped off of the buildings and the office says it is no big deal! The parking situation doesn't seem to be a problem to most tenants, but the office seems to want to make it a problem. If you have guests...at any time of the day they must park at the bottom of the property...this is okay for the few select buildings by the office, but for those who live at the top of the mountain, it could be a hike, especially if you have elderly visitors! Oh yeah and don't move here if you have more than one car, they will tow it! Even if it is your car and according to your lease you get 2 spaces! They have horrible record keeping, several times my neighbors have had to produce copies of cancelled checks to the office because they have no record of payments! If I were you go to another community in Cartersville, that will treat you better!
