I can understand tenant and landlord issues with this complex. This is a nice place to live with reasonable rent. The office staff is very friendly. The only issue I am seeing so far is with maintanence response. However I think it's the structure and not the people. The budget needs to be adjusted a little to allow more staff, and time to do things right to start with. It seems it takes an average of 2-4 visits for resolution due to rushing and shortcuts. When buildings are this old, I think they need more attention to detail, not less. Personally, I would reinvest a little more money into the business, which could be offset by a little more rent. Overall though, I would have to give this place a thumbs up.
