I have only been here a few months and I am already planning to move. I was placed in an upper apartement with a child and the downstairs tenant complains constantly. I have talked to the office and got nothing, not even a call back from the manager. When I asked for a different apartment to keep the peace, I was told I would be charged a $250 transfer fee. Maintenance hours have obviously been cut because the stairways always have spiderwebs and it takes several days to get bulbs replaced in the 'safety' lights. I hardly see any kids outside but the cars driving through with their stereos pounding don't seem to bother management. If I can stand it until my lease is over, I will be out of here, if not sooner even though it will cost me.
