UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS WITH NO CONCERNS

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I was in my kitchen loading the dish washer with my 11 month old son in the floor playing with a pot when my laundry room door fell and hit him, called maintenace and they stated they would be here with the manager. No one showed so called maint. again and again, and again and finally forever after speaking with them was informed the manager stated for him not to come she would and this is almost 24 hrs later, still no manager here. Called the office this morning and was told by assistant manager she had no way to contact manager, it is managers day off and I can deal with it on Monday. Also, assistant manager doesn't know where they keep their accident reports. Needless to say my son had a concussion. REAL NICE OF THE EMPLOYEES HUH'''
