I have been in the Vineyards Apts. for 9 months now. I loved livintg there until I got a neighbor that liked to complain about my kids. I have a 3 and 7 year old who are rambunctious when they get out of school. Well, I got a notice on my door and it was crazy...the lady that complained lives on the bottom in the back...there is no way they could possibly hear my children which are in bed at 7:30 and gone from 6am until 6pm.

I think that if the Vineyards expected everything to be all peachy and no one talking then they should not rent to families with children (especially young children).

Nevermind all the skateboarders and people drinking on the weekends. They have to have fun but small children can't'

MY OPINION IF YOU HAVE SMALL KIDS...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This residents children were off the hook! I have a small child and never have had any complaints. Not to mention this persons apartment was nasty and disgusting!!!!!!! She just like to let her children run wild and destroy things!

I agree with a lot of things this reviewer is saying. I've lived at "Evergreen@the Vineyards" for nearly 3 full years and they are not very "young child" friendly. My child isn't noisy, but there's nothing for her to do. there's a horrible playground that is supposed to be replaced, but still hasn't. And the skateboarders and grown kids (adults) are ridiculous. Little kids are constantly running around un-chaperoned and it's very unsafe. Speeding is a problem... I would leave, but I'm afraid of the $1000 worth of charges we'll incur just because we've lived here for so long... repainting, recarpeting, a $1 per nail hole!!!
