The Truth about Lexington Place

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I have been at Lexington Place since it was first built. The complex as a whole is best for your dollar in the Warner Robins/Centerville area. The problems I have had with Lexington Place is the Staff, and the thin floors at Lexington Place. These apartments are not structurally sound. The floor is so hollow you can hear your neighbor's telephone ringing, baby crying and even someone using the restroom. Lexington Place is way over priced. The apartments look good from the outside and inside, but once you've lived here for a few years you start to notice how hot or cold it is in your apartment then you realize the windows aren't insulated very well. Not to mention how YOUNG ------ get unfair treatment from management here. If you?re ever in a conflict with an older "white" neighbor you can rest to sure management will take their side and not yours. I have learned this from personal experiences with management at Lexington Place. I've gotten numerous calls on my job from Management threatening to put me out of my apartment because my neighbor can hear my kitchen cabinets when I close them, or my patio door when I shut it. If you have kids an apartment on the 2nd or 3rd floor is not for you. Pay the extra $70 if you?re in phase one or $100 if you?re in phase 2 and save yourself the trouble. Or just build a house?.
