Why rent when you can buy......

Invest your money elsewhere....like a house! These cheaply built apartments were only meant to please the eye, they are NOT structually sound at all! As a fellow resident wrote, you can indeed hear people around you talking on the phone, using the restroom, walking about (and I mean every step), yelling and even having sex! It is not worth the price you'll pay to live here!
If your neighbors have kids, you'd better believe you're going to hear EVERY sound they make (no matter where you are in your apartment) as they run up and down the stairs at all hours of the day and night due to very poor construction. I cannot wait for my lease to end so that I can be freed from this over-priced, poorly built hell hole...what a waste of money!
With what you pay in rent here, you could live in a house in the very nice Eagle Springs community adjacent to these shacks. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
