Brand new apartments. First person to live in the apartment.
I can hear the phone ring without listening for it in the floor below. The new construction has left a lot to be desired. Awesome amenities, but VERY poor construction (i.e. walls cracked from settling, paint on the new carpet, burn marks on the new lineoleum, cabinet doors not aligned, ice maker not connected, water pressure is horrid [water just trinkles out the spicket], doors don't close completely due to improper alignment, painters tape left on plumbing, etc.
When looking at the apartment, look beneath all the terrific "looks and appearances". You will find many many flaws with this community.
