I moved into a 1 bedroom sunroom a little over a year ago. My apartment was part of Phase II, and I was the first tenant of this apartment. I agree with other reviews that the grounds/interior of apartments are aesthetically pleasing, but that there are subtle problems. The water pressure tends to be quite low. I hear my neighbors below all too often. I also had problems upon move in with paint on the carpet, drawers not installed correctly, dirty bathroom, etc... Also, the entry gate is broken much more than it is operational.

Some of the positives are that the grounds are kept up very well, the gym/game room are nice, the staff is very friendly (although sometimes do not follow through on certain things and need to be reminded), and maintenance is quick to respond. Also, I must point out that my rent was not raised after my first year.

Overall, it has been an enjoyable stay. The complex is close enough to what little there is to do in Warner Robins. Recommended.
