Where aesthetics are concerned, you can't top the Lex. It IS a bit pricey, but luxury isn't cheap. The pool is gorgeous, the landscaping is obviously a top priority, and the apartments are very open and spacious. There's a huge pond next to it with a fountain and coupled with all the geese and ducks that fly in it makes for a very peaceful environment. I did have one issue with noise control, but that's just the way it is with communal living.
