I was the first resident in phase 2 in a 1 bedroom apartment. Extremly overpriced for what you get. Walls are paperthin. I lived on the second floor right beside the game room. We heard noise from upstairs nighbors, downstairs neighbors and from people who used the game room facility. Neighbors were not considerate.
