Lived there for a year and a half, has hits and misses

I lived in Phase 1 so I got a cheaper rate although it was a bit smaller than the Phase II apartments. The fact I got a military rate also helped even if it was just 10 or so dollars cheaper. Very pleasant environment, quiet setting. No issues with garbage as it is not near apartments. Contacting maintenance might be an issue afterhours but definitely not during the day. The gate is always having problems but not sure if that's the fault of residents or visitors messing with it. The pool is great, although can sometimes get crowded during the summer. WOuld be nice if they had a back up pool somewhere else on the property. The game/exercise room is great. I love the fact it was 24 hours. The only issue with that is they changed the codes monthly and I never received the new codes in the emails they sent out. It would be much better if they could integrate the card you swipe for the gate and laundry room to also use it for the gym/game room.
Overall, your experience with office staff will vary depending on how friendly you are. If you are unfriendly to them, they will not go out of their way to help you. I definitely always had a smile on my face and did not get too upset over trivial issues like other people. Other people I know did not thus when issues arose, the staff followed the rules by the book. In my opinion regardless of the issues, still a great place to live considering what is available in Centerville/Warner Robins.
