If you want bugs, loud music and rules that are only meant for some but not all then this is the place for you. After a few years they still can't get rid of the bug problem; ants, roaches, silver fish, spiders, but the ants are the worst! You can hear music inside your apartment that comes from buildings next to you, not just your neighbors around your building. They tell you that it's against the rules to have a grill on your patio, but that's only according to who you are, walk around and you will see people grilling on their patios or even out front of their apartment on the grass. I saw the manager Dee Wilson on the grounds on a Sunday, she walked right past 2 guys grilling on their patio and said nothing, and even now months later they still have their grill out. They won't allow pets over 20 pounds but I see several guys walking medium size dogs, well over 20 pounds. Dee will say one thing and the next month say somwthing completely different, denying that she ever said the other in the first place.

There were even drug dealers living here once. Dee let them stay after many complaints. The police finally had to get rid of them, showed up here with the SWAT Team and K-9, but at least they were gone.

I guess all the description above is what Lexington Place thinks LUXURY is all about!

If you want to rent I'd look elsewhere. There are too many options available to ever settle for this place.

i HAVE LIVED HERE 3 YEARS AND HAVE YET TO SEE THESE BUGS. IF YOU KEEP YOUR APT. CLEAN YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM!
