I have lived here for a year and a half. I enjoy it very much. I have had a few problems but management is quick to fix it. You can hear people in the breezeway but no more than any other complex. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are too. There is never a parking issue. I have had issues with the gate, but I think they have fixed it now. The gym and rec room are great, they need to take better care of it, but the problems are really from tennants messing it up. Over all I would definately recomend it.
