If you want to live in a loud apt with roaches & spiders - then this is the place for you! I broke my lease bc it sucks THAT bad. My unit stunk. The windows & doors are not properly sealed so all the AC just seeps out. The windows don't lock securely. The storage space on the patio was infested with a family of spiders (1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation) plus the door to the storage space doesn't lock...so if you're on the ground floor you can't even use it. Be smart & take your money elsewhere.
