We have lived at Aviara Oaks for the past year and are signing our new lease this week. My father has lived here for the past 3 years. We have had very minimal maintenance issues all of which were resolved immediately even though they were not emergencies. We have a 2 bedroom on the terrace level and have enjoyed this gorgeous place so much. The grounds are very well kempt and the office staff is very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
