I moved in almost a year ago and recently we are under new management and going thru renovations....somehow they consider cheap linoleum, new kitchen appliances, and a new breakfast bar a renovation- all management has done was surface repairs. The apartments, no matter how clean u keep your unit have roaches! When I moved in I was told that all units had washer and dryer connections, I even had to pay$60 a month for water (included in the rent) my apartment has a laundry room but NO washer/dryer connection...when asked did I have to pay the $60 for no hookup they said yes- Maintenence is SLOW....the kids are sad, they fight and argue all the time during the summer the cops had to come out daily, nobody seems to supervise their children. The hallways are DISGUSTING (trash, cigarette butts,debris...spit)- some kids even smoke illegal substances in the halls. Beware of the bathrooms...they are all very old and outdated! Don't fall for the hype....for $850 u can do a lot better! The only positive is the location! Oh...and the hot water was messed up for 6 months!!

if you are a local resident to chamblee you would know that that is the apartments rental rate in the surrounding area and ive lived here for almost 11 years and am disgusted by you fly by night neighbors that enjoy the 2 months free rent then just like tax season are gone and left a dent in everyones behind. because of people like you all ( trash talkers) management companies cant afford to fix the property for humble people like us....take your tails to a bs camden propertyand pay 900 for a 1 bedroom just cause there is a blondie with blue eyes in the office that drives a benz and you will go broke to pay for somewhere you dont belong....tell the whole story you leaches.

whoever you are, you never lived there and had to go through all of that, or never had your car stolen, or seen kids fighting or smoking illegal subtances. So I am guessing you work for the company, nice try! I on the other hand did live in that roach infested community. No I wasn't a fly by nighter, but stayed through my full lease and got the hell out of there when I couldn't stand anymore. You know it's bad when the first day the new owners arrived, he got his car stolen by those same kids . Oh you must not remember that one. How long did you say you lived there? I didn't think so. How about when a man was almost beaten to death by the park by a group of kids, who later broke into some of the vacant apartments with the victim's wallet? Like I said, you never lived there so don't try to offer any excuse for this place.
