my family and 2 kids love you mi casa if you are a local resident to chamblee you would know that that is the apartments rental rate in the surrounding area and ive lived here for almost 11 years and am disgusted by you fly by night neighbors that enjoy the 2 months free rent then just like tax season are gone and left a dent in everyones behind. because of people like you all ( trash talkers) management companies cant afford to fix the property for humble people like us....take your tails to a bs camden propertyand pay 900 for a 1 bedroom just cause there is a blondie with blue eyes in the office that drives a benz and you will go broke to pay for somewhere you dont belong....tell the whole story you leaches. now that we speak of intellegence when was the last time that blue eyed hottie put 2 cents much less 2 minutes to have family activities as these new owners have...i actually met him and god bless you i forgot your name. i come home each day and my kids are crazy wanting to go play with the soccer league you all have made...you guys deserve a damn medal of BRAVERY for buying this POS and turning it into home for me and my family. Dont let these sorry pass byers bring you down you guys are awesome and we love you for it. ps cant wait to transfer to my CROOKED, LUMPY VINYL, LEANING UNIT WHICH I LOVE SO MUCH...those passer byers will find any reason to leave...lol
