Not a good place at all to live

I have raw sewage coming out of the pipes in the backyard by my window. Everytime you flush the toilet everything comes on the ground. Called the leasing office and they lied and said they fixed it but they didn't. I called Channel 2 and they are airing it on the 11 o'clock broadcast. These apt. should be condemned. All they care about is you pay your rent on time.
