Hello, this is the first time learning of this site. My friend was so frustrated by my situation that she wrote a review of the complex for me. Now while I have been unhappy here, and all that she said was true, I must admit that the front office staff has been understanding and helpful. The marketing manager has always tried to get my issues addressed, but the complex is short staffed. Now thats not to say that I am excusing any of the situations, but I do understand. I did have to move into a new unit, because of the things worng in my old unit, the restored units are nice. I no longer have a roach problem!!! When I first moved to the new unit my carpet was wet from a broken window in which they fixed, and the marketing manager had the carpet people out the very next day to kill the smell. THey did have to come two times BUT it worked no more problems there. My dishwasher had to replaced and that did take a looonnng time, but they finally came and fixed that and the Gap in my front door. Now I can say the dumpster is GROSS and it smells and I happen to live right in front of it, BUT the complex has the removal people out it seems like everyday. ITs the residents that simply do NOT care. THEY NEED TO THROW GARBAGE IN THE DUMPSTER and not around it. Now that all my issues have been adressed I am cool here. IT can get a little loud but my neighboors respect me when I ask them to turn it down! Parking can be a little crazy, but the complex is working on it. (ie towing cars etc) I really do feel for the office staff they have A LOT on their plate, and I know I probably have been a pain in the you know what but my issues have been taken care of. At first I was looking to get outta here, but now Im cool. What I do love is that the schools are GREAT! Now I cant speak for the older units but my unit is pretty cool now. The office staff even the property manager are very approchable... I hope this helps anyone reading. While I got off to a bad start, after moving to a restored unit, everything has been ok. Folks all I can say is that it could be worse. Though its not Beverly Hills, its not skid row either.
