I just renewed for 13 more months :) Through my initial lease term I dealt with construction, staff changes, and somebody parking behind my garage. Jefferson on Peachtree took all of my problems and used them as an opportunity to prove to me how capable and dedicated they are. My shower stall was recently rebuilt, and with out even asking for it, I recieved a very nice letter from Lisa the manager apologizing for my inconvenience and giving me a rent credit for this month. Although my lease is not up until some time in January, I went ahead and renewed for 13 more months. If the staff can handle the most difficult issues competently and expediently, and make everything so nice for me here, why would I leave'
