So far this place is nice, the parking late at night stinks. They should have more parking spaces, I don't think it would accomodate if all the units were occupied. It is loud at times, but I think it is all and all a nice community. I love the leasing directors, but the management is snooty. Beautiful clubhouse, awesome fitness center and quiet if you don't go at peak times. It needs speed bumps, not a good community for the safety of young children. I porbably won't renew, b/c I got a good move-in rate that will skyrocket at the end of my lease. But I do feel ritzy living here and plan on enjoying every minute of it.
