Downgraded

When we initially moved in to JPI it was beautiful and well kept and the tenants seemed to be of the utmost integrity. However, in the last 6 months the place basically is going down the tubes. The quality of people that are being allowed in as tenants has obviously been downgraded. The long-term good tenants who care are beginning to move out because basically it does not feel safe at JPI any longer. Rumor has it that JPI is trying to sell and that rents are going for dirt cheap (which is not fair to the long term tenants) just to build up the occupancy rate for potential sale. I doubt that JPI will be able to sell if prospective buyers see the quality of tenants and the property due to the callousness of these new tenants that are coming in. We are truly disppointed and hope that the management team at JPI takes into consideration those tenants that care and would like to stay if things change. If there is not a change at JPI on Peachtree they will not have alot of re-newals and defeat the purpose of upgrading their occupancy rates. Reasons: Loud music, cars hovering around with their radios on loudly, clothes hanging from balconies, blasting the music and tv's in the gym and leaving them like that all night long, and just unsavroy looking people walking around (that unfortunately live there-again quality of screening). I am a believer that books should not be judge by their covers but these covers are showing their true colors. We are not the only tenants that feel this way. There are several. We hope that JPI truly cares about its tenants and does something to change this trend ASAP. Most of the management team does not live at JPI any longer and perhaps they are missing the signs. We know the JPI team at Peachtree cares and try their best but something obviosuly is lacking.
Thank you.
