Eeekkkk there's roaches the size of my head !!!!!!!

I can't believe it I live on the 4th floor and I STILL have at least one roach the size of my head in my bathroom at least every couple of days, and when I get out of my car, I have to run to the stairwell so that I am not attacked by the Roach Family that lives downstairs. When I approached the leasing office about the problem they stated that this was normal....."You've got to be kidding me....how is this normal. My advice would be to stay clear of the Promenade on Peachtree because somehow the roachs have a lease with this complex and are welcome here more than the tenants.
