Don't get a unit near the tennis courts! The tennis courts and surrounding area are one big playground for loud scraming kids. Even with the windows closed you can hear the loud screaming kids. There were not nearly so many kids when we first moved in. It does look like they might try to do something about all the kids playing in and around the tennis court but I'm not holding my breath. Be sure to come look at the complex between 4:00 and 6:00 because that's usually when the kids are out, also on Saturdays. I've counted over 20 at any given time. If they resolve the kid problem then I'd say it is an ok place to live. But do get a unit with a garage or parking deck otherwise you won't be able to find a place to park.
