Just moved and look forward to moving again

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I just relocated back to Atlanta and recently moved to the Promenade. They made me store my energy efficient washer and dryer and user their existing installed junk. I must run my clothes through the dryer twice and sometimes they?re still damp. To be fair I did just put in a repair request so they may act quickly. I?ve never seen a porch as dirty as mine. I?m going to have to spend a full Saturday just scrubbing all the dirt and mold off the walls just so that I can sit out there. I don?t think they ever power wash! Parking is ridiculous. I couldn?t even park in the fire lane near my entrance on my move in date; the spots were already illegally taken by others. I parked two buildings away as I unloaded my car. Luckily movers were bringing the rest.
It is interesting how a three bedroom with one person pays more for their water bill than four people living in a two bedroom pay. However, the apartments are some of the best laid out floor plans in the area. At over $1,200 a month, I?m surprised at the thugs that I see. There are $500 Lincolns and Pintos parked next to $50k Porsche?s and Audi?s. Neighbors also leave their garbage outside of the door; they don?t want their house to smell so they make us smell it as company comes over to visit.
My biggest complaint is the Internet availability. I have no use for a home phone but your only Internet option is DSL. So I pay an extra $35 a month for an unused phone so that I can pay another $50 for a slow A** DSL instead of Cable.
I think I?ll take the advice from an earlier posting and start looking for a house.
