I have lived here for a year and a half now and the complex seems to go further down hill each month. parking has only gotten worse. I origanlly parked on a curb that is not marked "no parking for over a year with no problems, parking here was due to the fact that they dont have nearly enough resident parking or some residents have 3 cars which 2 dont move, anyway after a year of no problems parking there i come out and find a ticket on my car as well as everyone else parked in these areas. Now its just a daily occurance.

As for the noise levels. My above nieghbors are non stop from 8 am until 2 am. Almost sounds like a WWF match is going on upstairs daily. Numerous attempts have been made through the office and asking the nieghbors to keep it down.
So i am basically paying 1100 a month to get no sleep and park 3 buildings away.

Oh did i mention the mounds of dog poop everywhere there is grass'

Same problems around buildings 12-14??? If not, then this whole complex sucks (not surprising)! non working cars pisses me off, the staff doesnt regulate ---- out here and they live here. It's clearly not enough parking spaces especially when you have two huge trashcans and at least 3 non working cars taking up spots..
