sketchy w/ poor parking & scarce staff

The apartments themselves are very nice, but the parking and shady people made this place a poor choice for us. It seems one gate is always open, letting anyone in who wants to come, and there are some sketchy people here.
The office staff are a little snobby and rarely available, leaving the office LOCKED during the day sometimes so they can show apts...when the only way to get packages in this place is in the front office.
You HAVE to use Bellsouth, which is expensive and the cable is just not as good as others.
The demographics seem to constist of about 40% black, 40% white, and 20% asian and mexican. Most people seem to be around 30. Not a place for just out of college kids like promove seems to think. Post Brookhaven would be your best bet for the younger crowd.
