Where do I begin' How about day 1: The floorplan I got was not the one I was originally shown. When I questioned it the day of my lease signing, the manager claimed he had no idea my floorplan even existed. (I should have ran away then) My washing machine flooded (it happens, right') but the response from management was slow and insensitive. The maintenance crew left my apartment a mess in their attempt to repair the damage and didn't even bother to move furniture back to original state. Six months later, I transfer to a bigger apartment with a roommate where there were bigger problems. In summary,there were constant problems with maintenance response, noise, the gates and access cards/remotes, service as a whole from the office staff, and last but not least, I recently suffered water damage to personal belongings due to upstairs neighbor who had a flood, and no one from the office has bothered to call or show concern. As a hospitality professional, I am appalled at the service or lack thereof rendered by this management company and staff. I will be leaving (not soon enough) and hope that I never have to encounter this type experience again.
