The good: These are attractive apartments in a great location near Brookhaven and Buckhead. The availability of garages is definitely a plus. The bad: everything else. Clueless office staff who just stare at you when you ask for information or an explanation. Bizarro letters and updates from the property manager (who is completely clueless). Break-ins too numerous to mention in my three years here. Parking, especially on the weekends, is a joke--everyone parks everywhere. Great that they accept pets; bad that there's dog poo everywhere, despite little threatening signs everywhere and maintenance staff that seem to do nothing but hang out in the office or circle the parking lot in little electric carts.

When you hire baby mamas and women who look like recovering crack addicts as the office staff, then you get (A) cluelessness and (B) rudeness. This place is a joke, AVOID IT, AVOID IT, AVOID IT.
