It's so-so

We really like the size of the apartment and the layout. But the walls are paper thin. We can hear everything our neighbors beside us and above us do. Also there seems to be a problem with roaches. Not to mention we received a letter stating that rent was going up $100 a month next year. Seriously we already pay over $1000 a month. Thank goodness we are buying a house and don't have to deal with it anymore. I think the gates are broken more than they are working...so much for security.
