I just moved out (to save $$$). I lived there for 3 years. I had almost no issues, but I also had an attached garage. Towards the end of my lease some lead foot, loud talking, disrespectful man moved upstairs and it bothered the mess out of me. And my bedroom window was by the air conditioning unit so needless to say it was annoying. I had no issues with safety or staff. Once my ceiling was leaking and someone came to look at it in the middle in the night. My rent was only 800 bucks, I got in when it was cheap. I would move back, but for all those with credit card debt living alone is not the answer.
