My year at this complex has been largely positive. The location is great and I'd say the apartments are reasonably priced given the area. Here is my total assessment:

1. Noise - Noise was not a big concern to me. Of course, you might hear a little outside noise here and there but it is to be expected in an apartment. Overall, I did not have any issues with tenants or [exceptionally] loud music.

2. Grounds - These were pretty well maintained. During my year the parking lots were repaved and walkways were pressure washed. Overall I'd give them a B here.

3. Safety - I never had any knowledge of car thefts our break-ins here. Again I think it speaks to the area of Atlanta that the apartments are located in.

4. Maintenance - Maintenance was relatively quick to respond - usually within 24 hours. I never had any serious issues with my apartmen during my time here.

5. Staff - The staff was very friendly to me, but it is VERY difficult to reach them via telephone. Usually I had to stop by in person if I need something taken care of. Otherwise, they were pretty helpful.

6. Parking - During the day parking was not an issue but things could get tricky at nighttime. This is a large complex with only a select number of individual parking spaces. Often times after a late evening I was unable to park by my particular unit - occassionally I had to do some walking. This typically was not an issue if you're in at a reasonable time. Overall I'd give them a C- to a D as things can get congested.

Overall I'd rate this place as a 3 out of 5. My experience was average and the price was right. Compare this place to a lot of other apartments in the area and you'll find that Promenande is usually cheaper, sometimes by $100 or more. Again, there is nicer in the area but the price happened to be right here.

In my opinion this was definitely written by someone who works at the Promenade...it's too detail oriented to be from a resident.

Sounds a little fishy. The way this was written you can tell it was by the staff.
