Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I have been living here for almost 3 years and you have your good and bad.
I love my apartment size and layout, the pool view is a plus.
But the walls are kind of thin, I can hear the person next door bed squeek when they move around.
Contacting the front office can be a problem, I hate when I have to go down to the office just to talk to someone.
Lot of problems with cars being stolen. Sometimes I don't feel safe in the parking lot(more at night).
I do feel safe in my apartment with the double locks.
I hate that the rent keep going up, when they don't compare to the new properties being built in this area.
