When I first moved in I had a top floor corner apartment, and I had minimal problems. After a few months things just deteriorated. My car was keyed, my boyfriends car was keyed. The trash was broken for weeks in the summer and we had rats all over the complex, not to mention the smell. People would come back from the clubs around 3 am with their music blasting, and you can hear it inside the units.

Going to the leasing office is a waste of time. They pretend like they care, but it's obviously a facade. Parking on the back side of the property is awful, and I did not feel safe walking to my apartment. There are some shady people living here.

I moved into a two bedroom on the third floor and things just got worse. I haven't had a full nights sleep since I moved. I can hear the music and fighting above me and below me. It is very similar to living in dorms. Residents drive as if there are no pets or children in this complex, and if you get in their way they will try to run you over. One guy ran a stop sign, almost hit me, and had the nerve to cuss me out.

Like I said, the leasing staff does not care. When I reported all of the above incidents, the response was "Oh the never happens, were so sorry." But that's not good enough. There is a need for cameras here.

There are a lot of local college students in the complex, and they don't make it a nice place to live. There is also this gang of kids that walk around and throw balls at cars.

My building was broken into mid-day, and so many cars have been broken into as well. The cops to occasionally drive by around 4 in the morning, but I haven't seen them in a while. And people park like idiots. There are two line to park in between, but that concept seems to escape many.

Move at your own risk, and be prepared to have the paint on your car rebuffed.

Spot on, I experienced all of these things...the broken trash compactor was ridiculous, the rats descended on the place when that happened.

I lived there a couple of years ago and all the things mentioned in this post are true...sounds like things haven't changed. Don't waste your time or money!
