My husband and I have been living here for 1.5 years and really enjoy our apartment. The inside is large and very open feeling. We had a problem with one of our neighbors (there was some domestic violence and arguing in the breezeways - cops were caleld several times), but the office took care of it and kicked them out. Other than that there have been no problems. Parking can sometimes be an issue, and the gates occasionaly don't work, but they seem to be fixed in a short amount of time. I have lived in apartments for the last 10 years and this seems to be a great place. I also think it depends on where in the complex you live, since I have not had the problems other posters have described. The gym is awesome and the property is well kept.
