I've lived here about a year and am mostly satisfied. The interiors are well kept with great appliances and beautiful balconies. The pool is also pretty just to look at. I had a few problems with my upstairs neighbors being noisy. When I reported them to management, they were quick to respond with a complaint letter that was sent to my neighbors who later apologized. There have been a few theft incidents in the past couple of months (two apartment break ins, wheels stolen off a car) but all occurred within a fairly short time frame. The rest of my time spent here has been worry free. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to others.

REALLY??? I love the fact that this review is so casual about the break ins and thieves. If you do not mind a crime ridden apartment complex than I would absolutly agree with this review and recommend Promenade. If you do, Post Brookhaven is less than 2 miles away and is awesome !!!

Let's be realistic here people, crime happens everywhere. Would you perfer that the management fails to inform their tenants of the issues on the property to make them aware of the situation, or just ignore it and hope you don't find out about it. They've got two police officers on the property and they do random patrols and have caught people doing shady things on the property and made several arrests. The mgmnt seems to be doing a fairly good job of protecting us, but look at things on the news, crime sucks everywhere, it's really not that bad on this property, i for one feel safe in my apartment.
