There are way to many problems to list here. The worst problems are rats, property management, cheap appliances and very unsafe. There is a horrible problem with rats around the dumpster area. My building (building 4) is 2 buildings away from the dumpster and have seen several rats this way and even had a rat get up in the engine of my car that was parked in front of my garage. The rat ripped up my belts in my car and my car had to be towed to get fixed and when the office was notifed they did nothing about it. The office staff are rude. Every time I have been to the office they were not friendly, and took their time before acknowledging the fact that someone was in the office. Right now they are trying to increase our rent from $1135 to $1165 when the same apartment is renting out for $910. Once they get your business they do not care about you anymore. We have had a leaking dishwasher for 5 months and put in several service requests and its still leaking. The walls are extremely thin and there is way to much crime going on here from stolen cars, stolen tires from cars, robberies, etc. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Have lived here for almost 2 years and the place is getting worse and worse even since the new management came. I can not wait to move in 3 months.

I lived in those apartments back in 2005. I loved our apartment and it's location (right in front on BP) But entering the gate and driving around to get to my apt I would also see rats out by the dumpster at least 2 @ a time. I've only seen them in that area.. So as you can see the whole mice by the dumpster has been around for awhile.

I don't live near the dumpster at all and I almost tripped on a dead rat one morning and encountered a live one in my building one night. They used to just hang out at the dumpsters, but I guess they're getting brave.
