I moved in in December of 2008 and cant wait to get out of here. The neighbors on top of me are crazy, I hear stomping 24 hours a day. They have to be tired. I spoke with management and they told me the tenant was moving out . 6 weeks later, donkey kong still stomping.
For a month. Every weekend I got a nice note saying someone was held at gunpoint, or someone was robbed. I lived at Savannah at Parkplace for 2 years great place owned by the same people. Here is nothing like that. I have a great view of the pool and a spacious garage, but thats the only pluses around here. The gates are not secure either. There tooo ooooooo cheap to invest in the arm that goes up and down, So everytime you come in the gate 4 people follow. NOT THE SAFEST PLACE AROUND> CHAMBLEE POLICE, are quick to come if you call. Ive call several times about donkey kong upstairs. If you can avoid this place I suggest it. Go to the Gables or Savannah at Parkplace.
