Worst place I have ever lived by far. Not only is the management impossible to get ahold of, when you do get ahold of them they don't care. You call to express a concern or complain about something (there is a lot to complain about here) and they just sit on the other end of the phone with barely a response, and definitely no desire to help resolve the situation. They came around and removed satellites after they told us at move in they were allowed, and people have them all over the place. Just because they signed an agreement with Comcast. The complex was extremely unsafe. Its gated, but anyone can get through the gate if they follow someone. For over a month, we received break in notices each week. One girl was followed into her apartment, tied up, and held at gunpoint. All we get is a generic letter about the situation explaining safety measures and police patrol. The police may ride through one time, if at all. We also had maintenance issues. Took 3 visits before they actually "fixed" the AC. Everytime they said it was fixed and it would stop working again a few hours later. Not to mention the leaky fridge that was never fixed after a few calls had been made.

If you do end up here, please live on the top floor. I think we had rhinos living above us who were never let out of the apartment. They were kids who constantly ran around day and night.

I had a problem with the freezer not staying cold - I put in a request to fix it online and they came the next morning first thing. Now it works great.

Don't live on the top floor either. I just moved out of a corner, top floor unit and the noise was still horrible. The walls are SUPER thin. The apartment below us has a child that screams (not cries) incessantly at ALL HOURS OF THE DAY/NIGHT. Ugh!

This place is a nightmare! I am so glad I got out of there. Yes, the staff is crap. They never respond to anything and have the time don't pay attention to anything you are saying. I personally never had an issue with crime, but I know it was all over this complex. I lived on the 4th floor, so unless they were spider man they were not getting in. Don't forget about the shooting at the main office in the computer room. They have covered the holes and such now though. Maintanence is TERRIBLE!!!! They never actually fixed any problems we had permanently. They saw fit to come in and inspect our apartment while we were not home without giving any kind of notice. It looks pretty, but now that they have lowered the prices trash is moving in. Its going down the tubes fast. I would not suggest wasting the money to live here.

I had the same issue with a leaky refrigerator that was never fixed correctly! I hated walking into the kitchen and stepping in big puddles of water every day. All the maintenance did was remove some ice blocks, but the water would drip, freeze, melt, and leak all over the floor again.
