My apartment was filthy when I moved in; stains on the carpet, cobwebs, mold in master bath/shower (which took 4 visits to correct and the mold still comes back and must be sprayed with anti-mildew on a regular basis) , ... more

I have lived at the Promenade at Peachtree for 4 years. Each year has become worse than the previous year. My first year living here was not bad. The property was well maintained, there were not many break-ins, everything worked ... more
